Jo Priestnall, Director of Learning
A qualified Executive Coach and professional Learning and Development specialist, Jo’s career has spanned a number of industries with over 12 years in the Financial Services sector. Jo has worked with the Investors in People Standards and was instrumental in securing the Investors in People Gold Standard for her organisation and subsequently represented the IiP Standards as a guest speaker at regional events as an IiP Champion, supporting other organisations in their accreditation.
Having worked both in-house as a Learning and Development Manager and as a consultant Jo has a wealth of experience in designing and delivering a huge range of interventions from technical and regulatory support and training and compliance-related content through to soft skills, customer service, management and leadership development programmes as well as coaching and mentoring to varied audiences.
Her experience and insight into how people learn result in Jo being able to get to the heart of the matter quickly, unlocking the potential that leads to improved personal performance. Her natural collaborative style makes Jo an ideal external team member having the ability to understand and assimilate the wider agenda and identify the dynamics at play.

Steve Barry, Managing Director
Steve's twenty five year career (I know he's looking good on it isn't he ;) has spanned a number of sectors including Utilities, IT, Business & Professional Services and ten years as HR Director within Financial Services.
Throughout this time, he has managed several large organisational and cultural change programmes, ensuring the businesses he works with are fit for purpose and have a highly skilled and engaged workforce.
Steve's pragmatic approach to People Leadership has delivered benchmark performance and successfully achieved the Investors in People, Gold Award and as a result, was asked to act as one of IIPs Champions. In addition to his roles within Human Resources, Steve has a successful track record as the Customer Operations Director for an insurance business where he successfully demonstrated his leadership through non-HR lenses.
Steve works for international clients and organisations, helping them to improve their team performance and supports senior executives continue their own development.
Steve has coached Executives and Senior leaders in the Education, Manufacturing, Finance, Property and Retail industries.
Steve also writes for professional journals and speaks at CIPD events regarding leadership development, employee engagement and change.
