“It’s really challenged the way I perceive/think about certain situations... I’ve been really engage throughout and each session has consistently challenged my thought process – which is actually my biggest takeaway.”

“The course has enabled me to assess my leadership style and understand what is required of a manager to succeed. The one day events have been very interactive and it is good to share ideas and experiences with other delegates who work in the same sector and have the same problems/issues.”

“I have found the course really useful. I’ve never worked for a mutual and came here from a global publishing firm, so many insights from both the trainer and the other delegates have been really helpful.”
